ALL JAZZ MEMBERS EXPECTED TO ATTEND

 

Be sure to mark this weekend on your calendars.  We are going to have an excellent weekend of jazz with professional jazz educators spending the weekend with us.  We will leave before school on Friday and spend all three days working hard to get better at playing America's music!

 

NEW JAZZ MUSIC!

 

You will recieve a new jazz folder before Winter Break that contains the music for the late winter and spring.  Your assignment is to come to the retreat with your music learned.  We will spend some time in sectionals working on sytle and phrasing - come prepared so we can have an outstanding retreat!

 

WE NEED PARENTS!

 

Any parents willing to purchase and/or prepare meals or chaperone for the Jazz Bands should contact Mr. Brueggemeier or Brenda Marshall ASAP to coordinate the weekend's food.
